How did our best friend become our best friend? Because we did not ignore them. We have deposited time and attention into their lives. They feel valued because of it. This is a two way street. We all know ‘The Golden Rule’ says ‘Do unto others what you would have them do unto you.’

Yet, I must check myself often with Jesus. How easy it is for me to ignore Him. Yet everyday He starts all over again with blessings toward me. He sure does not ignore me. How thankful I am.
